Media: CM-0677
Organism: Homo sapiens, Human
Application: N/A
Background: This is an aneuploid human male cell line. Monosomy of many of the normal chromosomes is noted as well as bisomy in this subtetraploid cell line; however, translocations and deletions involving many of the missing chromosomes are noted, and these chromosomal rearrangements appear to be stable and generally paired.
