Human Soluble ROR1 ELISA Kit is designed to measure human soluble ROR1 protein in cell culture supernates, serum, and plasma. This assay kit is a sandwich-ELISA format. It contains recombinant human ROR1 and a pair of antibodies against the recombinant factor, which are provided by ACROBiosystems. Results are obtained by four parameter logistic curve that were parallel to the standard curves obtained. The verification results indicate that this kit can be used for the quantitative determination of natural and recombinant human ROR1 concentrations. The specificity has been verified.
