Description
Human GAS6 (471-678) Protein, His Tag (MALS verified) | GA6-H5247-100ug| Gentaur Distribution US, UK & Europe
GAS6 (Growth arrest-specific protein 6) is also known as AXL receptor tyrosine kinase ligand, AXLLG. Ligand for tyrosine-protein kinase receptors AXL, TYRO3 and MER whose signaling is implicated in cell growth and survival, cell adhesion and cell migration. GAS6/AXL signaling plays a role in various processes such as endothelial cell survival during acidification by preventing apoptosis, optimal cytokine signaling during human natural killer cell development, hepatic regeneration, gonadotropin-releasing hormone neuron survival and migration, platelet activation, or regulation of thrombotic responses.
Source: Human GAS6 (471-678) Protein, His Tag (GA6-H5247) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Phe 471 - Ala 678 (Accession # Q14393-2).
