The mouse monoclonal antibody was obtained from a mouse immunized with recombinant SARSN/ACoVN/A2 Spike S1 protein. As verified in competitive ELISAN/Abased and pseudovirusN/Abased neutralization assay, this chimeric monoclonal can potently neutralize all SARSN/ACoVN/A2 Variants of Concern (VOCs), including Alpha (B.1.1.7), Beta (B.1.351), Gamma (P.1) and Delta (B.1.617.2) .
