Description: Tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) is involved in the conversion of phenylalanine to dopamine. As the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of catecholamines, TH has a key role in the physiology of adrenergic neurons. Human TH gene contains 13 primary exons and spans approximately 8 kb.
Immunogen: Rat tyrosine hydroxylase was used as the immunogen for this Tyrosine Hydroxylase antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the Tyrosine Hydroxylase antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
