Description: GLRX3 is a critical negative regulator of cardiac hypertrophy and a positive inotropic regulator (By similarity). May play a role in regulating the function of the thioredoxin system. Does not posses any thyoredoxin activity since it lacks the conserved motif that is essential for catalytic activity.

Immunogen: A portion of amino acids 81-110 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the Glutaredoxin 3 antibody.

Storage: Aliquot the Glutaredoxin 3 antibody and store frozen at -20 °C or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
