Description: Gamma-tubulin complex component 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TUBGCP2 gene. It is part of the gamma tubulin complex, which required formicrotubule nucleation at the centrosome. Gamma-tubulin complex is necessary for microtubule nucleation at the centrosome. Gamma-tubulin complex is composed of gamma-tubulin, TUBGCP2, TUBGCP3, TUBGCP4, TUBGCP5 and TUBGCP6.
Immunogen: Recombinant human protein (amino acids Q213-R888) was used as the immunogen for the TUBGCP2 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the TUBGCP2 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
