Description: Transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 7, also known as TRP7, is a human gene encoding a protein named TRPC7. It is the most abundantly expressed long TRPC in peripheral blood and in some blood cell lines. TRPC7 is a calcium-permeable cation channel that is regulated by free intracellular ADP-ribose. It is activated by oxidative stress and confers susceptibility to cell death.
Immunogen: Human partial recombinant protein (AA 716-862) was used as the immunogen for this TRPC7 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the TRPC7 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
