Description: TMEM240 is a small, highly conserved transmembrane protein expressed in brain. The TMEM240 gene maps to chromosome 1p36.33. This gene encodes a transmembrane-domain containing protein found in the brain and cerebellum. Mutations in this gene result in spinocerebellar ataxia 21.
Immunogen: Amino acids M1-L173 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the TMEM240 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the TMEM240 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
