Description
SYNPO2 Polyclonal Antibody | E-AB-16895 | Gentaur US, UK & Europe Disrtribition
Reactivity: Human
Host: Rabbit
Isotype: IgG
Application: IHC, ELISA
Research Area: Cancer, Signal transduction
Background: Synaptopodin-2is aproteinthat in humans is encoded by theSYNPO2gene. Has an actin-binding and actin-bundling activity. Synaptopodin is a proline-rich, actin-associated protein expressed in mature dendritic spines and renal podocytes. Synaptopodin appears to play a role in the actin-based plasticity of spines by linking actin to the spine apparatus.
