Description: SRY-box 17 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOX17 gene. This gene encodes a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins.
Immunogen: An E. coli-derived human protein (amino acids M1-V414) was used as the immunogen for the SOX17 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the SOX17 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
