Description: Transcription factor SOX-11 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOX11 gene. This intronless gene encodes a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. The protein may function in the developing nervous system and play a role in tumorigenesis.
Immunogen: Recombinant mouse protein (amino acids M1-E358) was used as the immunogen for the Sox11 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the Sox11 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
