Description: Secernin-1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SCRN1 gene. This gene likely encodes a member of the secernin family of proteins. A similar protein in rat functions in regulation of exocytosis in mast cells. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.

Immunogen: Amino acids EPLDPAEVGDLFYDCVDT from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the SCRN1 antibody.

Storage: After reconstitution, the SCRN1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
