Description

QuicKey Human TGF-α(Transforming Growth Factor Alpha) ELISA Kit | E-TSEL-H0027 | Gentaur US, UK & Europe Disrtribition

Target Species: Human

Type: Sandwich

Assay Time: 2.5h

Detection Type: Colormetric

Sensitivitys: 7.54pg/mL

Detection Range: 31.25~2000pg/mL

Target Name: TGF-α

Target Synonyms: TGFA, ETGF

Tested Sample: Serum and plasma

Test Principale: This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human TGF-α. Samples (or Standards) and biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human TGF-α are added to the micro ELISA plate wells. Human TGF-α would combine with the specific antibody. Then Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human TGF-α, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human TGF-α. You can calculate the concentration of Human TGF-α in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Specificity: This kit recognizes Human TGF-α in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human TGF-α and analogues was observed.

Application: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human TGF-α concentrations in Serum and plasma.

Research Area: Cancer, Cardiovascular, Signal transduction

Storage : An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8℃ for 6 months. After test, the unused wells and reagents should be stored according to the storage table in the manual.
