Description: Peptidase inhibitor 16 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PI16 gene. PI16 (Peptidase Inhibitor 16) is a variable molecular weight (MW) member of the CRISP family of proteins. It is expressed by cardiomyocytes and serves as an autocrine negative growth regulator.
Immunogen: A human recombinant partial protein (amino acids L28-L363) was used as the immunogen for the PI16 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the PI16 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
