Description
PCNA (Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen) (G1- & S-phase Marker)(PC5), 1mg/mL Antibody | BNUM3065-50| Gentaur Distribution US, UK & Europe
Summary.: Recognizes a non-histone protein of 36 kDa, which is identified as proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). It is also known as cyclin or polymerase delta auxiliary protein. Elevated expression of PCNA/cyclin has been shown in the nucleus during late G1 phase immediately before the onset of DNA synthesis, becoming maximal during S-phase and declining during G2 and M phases. This MAb is excellent for multiple applications. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. .
Conjugate: Purified, BSA-free.
Storage Buffer: PBS, no BSA, no azide.
Storage Temperature: 35°C to -5°C .
Application: IHC, FFPE (verified)|WB (verified).
Stability: Stable at room temperature or 37°C (98°F) for 7 days.
