Description
p73 (Tumor Suppressor)(P73/2531), 0.2mg/mL Antibody | BNUB2531-100| Gentaur Distribution US, UK & Europe
Summary.: p73 shares considerable sequence similarity with the widely-studied tumor suppressor gene p53. The p73 gene maps to a region in chromosome 1 that is frequently deleted in neuroblastomas. However, unlike p53, p73 does not appear to be activated by DNA damaging agents. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. .
Conjugate: Purified, with BSA.
Storage Buffer: PBS, 0.05% BSA, 0.05% azide.
Storage Temperature: 2°C to 8°C.
Application: IHC, FFPE (verified).
Stability: Stable at room temperature or 37°C (98°F) for 7 days.
