Description: NUB1/NYREN18 is a specific down-regulator of the NEDD8 conjugation system. It recruits NEDD8 and its conjugates to the proteasome for degradation. It also interacts with PSMD4/S5a, a member of the regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome.
Immunogen: A portion of amino acids 87-117 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the NYREN18 antibody.
Storage: Aliquot the NYREN18 antibody and store frozen at -20 °C or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
