Description: Neurotensin receptor type 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NTSR1 gene. Neurotensin receptor 1 belongs to the large superfamily of G-protein coupled receptors. NTSR1 mediates the multiple functions of neurotensin, such as hypotension, hyperglycemia, hypothermia, antinociception, and regulation of intestinal motility and secretion.

Immunogen: Recombinant human Neurotensin Receptor 1/NTSR1 protein (amino acids A15-D400) was used as the immunogen for the Neurotensin Receptor 1 antibody.

Storage: After reconstitution, the Neurotensin Receptor 1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
