Description: NLRP4G is expressed in mouse ovaries, restricted to the oocytes at various follicular stages and decline with oocyte aging. The protein is oocyte specific, but testing shows it is not required for oocyte maturation, suggesting it plays a role in oogenesis.
Immunogen: Amino acids 704-721 (SLQYLDLGCSFLTHSEVK-mouse) were used as the immunogen for this NLRP4G antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the NLRP4G antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
