Description: Nuclear distribution protein nudE-like 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NDEL1 gene. This gene encodes a coiled-coil protein that plays a role in multiple processes including cytoskeletal organization, cell signaling and neuron migration, outgrowth and maintenance. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome X.
Immunogen: An E. coli-derived human protein (amino acids K80-C320) was used as the immunogen for the Nudel antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the Nudel antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
