Description: Multidrug resistance 1, also called P-Glycoprotein, is a member of the ATP-binding cassette transporters family. MDR1 is involved in the transport of protease inhibitors in vitro and mediates the transport of the cardiac glycoside, digoxin.
Immunogen: A mixture of human and hamster drug-resistant whole cells and crude plasma membranes was used as the immunogen for this MDR1 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the MDR1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
