MW=23 kDa. KRAS (G12C) His-Tag (BPS Bioscience #100413), is loaded with GppNHp (non-hydrolyzable GTP analog). Unbound GppNHp was removed by spin column. Ready for use in KRAS-RAF binding studies or inhibitor assays.
