Description: Kynurenine 3-monooxygenase (KMO) is an NADPH-dependent flavin monooxygenase that catalyzes the hydroxylation of the L-tryptophan metabolite L-kynurenine to form L-3-hydroxykynurenine.
Immunogen: A portion of amino acids 155-182 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the KMO antibody.
