Description: Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3, also called IRAK3 or IRAKM is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the IRAK3 gene. The IRAKM gene consists of 12 exons spanning a region of approximately 60 kb in chromosome 12q14.3. This gene encodes a member of the interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase protein family. Members of this family are essential components of the Toll/IL-R immune signal transduction pathways. This protein is primarily expressed in monocytes and macrophages and functions as a negative regulator of Toll-like receptor signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with a susceptibility to asthma.
Immunogen: An amino acid sequence from the C-terminus of human IRAKM (WFPKYIVPSQDLRPYKVNID) was used as the immunogen for this IRAKM antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the IRAKM antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
