Application Note: Optimal dilution of the recombinant ICAM3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.

Purity: Protein A affinity chromatography

Description: Recognizes an N-glycosylated glycoprotein of 120kDa with intra-chain disulfide bonds, identified as CD50 or ICAM-3. CD50 is the major ligand for LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) and may have signaling role to increase adhesion. It is expressed on thymocytes and T lymphocytes and is resistant to treatment with phosphatidylinositol (PI) phospholipase C.

Immunogen: Full length recombinant human protein was used as the immunogen for the recombinant ICAM3 antibody.

Storage: Store the recombinant ICAM3 antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20 °C or colder (without azide).
