Description

Human SOD1(Superoxide Dismutase 1, Soluble) ELISA Kit | E-EL-H1113 | Gentaur US, UK & Europe Disrtribition

Target Species: Human

Type: Competitive

Assay Time: 2.5h

Detection Type: Colormetric

Sensitivitys: 37.5pg/mL

Detection Range: 62.5~4000pg/mL

Target Name: SOD1

Target Synonyms: ALS, ALS1, IPOA, Superoxide dismutase [Cu-Zn]

Tested Sample: Serum, plasma and other biological fluids

Test Principale: This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human SOD1. During the reaction, Human SOD1 in samples or Standard competes with a fixed amount of Human SOD1 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Human SOD1. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) are added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ± 2 nm. The concentration of Human SOD1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Specificity: This kit recognizes Human SOD1 in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human SOD1 and analogues was observed.

Application: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human SOD1 concentrations in Serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Research Area: Cancer, Cell Biology, Metabolism, Signal transduction

Storage : An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8℃ for 1 month. If the kit is not supposed to be used within 1 month, store the items separately according to the storage table in the manual once the kit is received.
