Description: Eukaryotic CPN10/HSP10/HSPE1 homolog which is essential for mitochondrial protein biogenesis, together with CPN60. Binds to CPN60 in the presence of Mg-ATP and suppresses the ATPase activity of the latter.

Immunogen: A portion of amino acids 38-64 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this HSP10 antibody.
