Description: Homer protein homolog 1 or Homer1 is a neuronal protein that in humans is encoded by the HOMER1 gene. This gene encodes a member of the homer family of dendritic proteins. Members of this family regulate group 1 metabotrophic glutamate receptor function.
Immunogen: An E. coli-derived human protein (amino acids D135-S354) was used as the immunogen for the HOMER1 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the HOMER1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
