Description: Golgi phosphoprotein 3 (GOLPH3) is a human protein encoded by GOLPH3 gene. It is mapped to 5p13.3. The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. The protein encoded by this gene is a peripheral membrane protein of the Golgi stack and may have a regulatory role in Golgi trafficking. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described, but the full-length nature of these variants has not been determined.
Immunogen: Amino acids K56-K298 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the GOLPH3 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the GOLPH3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
