Background: Jurkat cells were originally established from a human T lymphoblast. The Firefly Luciferase Jurkat Cell Line makes an excellent target for CAR-T or NK cells.

Description: Recombinant Jurkat cells constitutively expressing the firefly (Photinus pyralis) luciferase reporter  gene under the control of a CMV promoter.
