Description: Fibroblast growth factor 11 also known as FGF11 is a human gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. FGF family members possess broad mitogenic and cell survival activities, and are involved in a variety of biological processes, including embryonic development, cell growth, morphogenesis, tissue repair, tumor growth and invasion. The function of this gene has not yet been determined. The expression pattern of the mouse homolog implies a role in nervous system development. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunogen: Recombinant human protein (amino acids K12-K183) was used as the immunogen for the FGF11 antibody.

Storage: After reconstitution, the FGF11 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
