Description
FGFR3 (N540K) His-Tag (Dephosphorylated), Biotin-Labeled | 100921 | Gentaur US, UK & Europe Disrtribition
Category: Kinase/Receptor Tyrosine
Application: N/A
Background: The N540K mutation results in increased FGFR3 autophosphorylation and substrate phosphorylation, and has been linked to hypochondroplasia (short-limbed dwarfism) and impaired chondrocyte differentiation.
Description: Dephosphorylated recombinant FGFR3 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3) encompassing amino acids 397-806. This protein contains the pathogenic mutation N540K in the tyrosine kinase domain. It also contains an N-terminal His-Tag. This protein was co-expressed with PTP1B for dephosphorylation. Phosphorylation level confirmed to be <5%. The protein is biotinylated using an N-terminal Avi-Tag™.
