Description: High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I, also called CD64, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FCGR1A gene. It is mapped to 1q21.2. This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1.
Immunogen: A recombinant human partial protein corresponding to amino acids Q16-H292 was used as the immunogen for the FCGR1A antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the FCGR1A antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
