Description: Dynamin-3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DNM3 gene. This gene encodes a member of a family of guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-binding proteins that associate with microtubules and are involved in vesicular transport. The encoded protein functions in the development of megakaryocytes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Immunogen: An E. coli-derived human protein (amino acids N295-N712) was used as the immunogen for the Dynamin 3 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the Dynamin 3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
