Description: CREB3L1, known as Cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 3-like protein 1, is mapped to 11p11.2. The protein encoded by this gene is normally found in the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). However, upon stress to the ER, the encoded protein is cleaved and the released cytoplasmic transcription factor domain translocates to the nucleus. There it activates the transcription of target genes by binding to box-B elements.
Immunogen: Amino acids 1-204 of human CREB3L1 were used as the immunogen for the CREB3L1 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the CREB3L1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
