Description: CMBL is a cysteine hydrolase of the dienelactone hydrolase family that is highly expressed in liver cytosol. CMBL preferentially cleaves cyclic esters, and it activates medoxomil-ester prodrugs in which the medoxomil moiety is linked to an oxygen atom.
Immunogen: Amino acids YIEEARRNLIEWLNKYV from the mouse protein were used as the immunogen for the CMBL antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the CMBL antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
