Description: The CD4 antigen acts as a coreceptor with the T-cell receptor on the T lymphocyte to recognize antigens displayed by an antigen presenting cell in the context of class II MHC molecules.
Immunogen: Recombinant rat protein (amino acids K28-A246) was used as the immunogen for the Cd4 antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the Cd4 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
