Application Details: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT

1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.

Purity: Protein G affinity chromatography

Description: CD146 expression is restricted to advanced primary and metastatic melanomas and to cell lines of the neuroectodermal lineage, but not normal melanocytes. It is found on 80% of advanced primary human melanomas and correlates well with development of metastatic disease.

Immunogen: Recombinant human protein was used as the immunogen for the recombinant CD146 antibody.

Storage: Store the recombinant CD146 antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20 °C or colder (without azide).
