Description

CD127 / IL7R (Marker of T-Reg Cells)(IL7R/2751), Biotin conjugate, 0.1mg/mL Antibody | BNCB2751-100| Gentaur Distribution US, UK & Europe

Summary.: The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 7 (IL7). The function of this receptor requires the interleukin 2 receptor, gamma chain (IL2RG), which is a common gamma chain shared by the receptors of various cytokines, including interleukins 2, 4, 7, 9, and 15. This protein has been shown to play a critical role in V(D)J recombination during lymphocyte development. Defects in this gene may be associated with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. .

Conjugate: Biotin.

Storage Buffer: PBS, 0.1% BSA, 0.05% azide.

Storage Temperature: 2°C to 8°C.

Application: WB (verified).
