Description: CD11b, or Macrophage-1 alpha (MAC-1), is a glycoprotein encoded by the ITGAM gene. It has a role in vascular repair after mechanical arterial injury. It is implicated in various adhesive interactions of monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes as well as in mediating the uptake of complement-coated particles.
Immunogen: A recombinant human protein corresponding to amino acids N129-E336 was used as the immunogen for the CD11b antibody.
Storage: After reconstitution, the CD11b antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
