Catenin, gamma (Cardiomyocyte Marker) (11 E4), 1mg/mL Antibody | BNUM1419-50| Gentaur Distribution US, UK & Europe

Summary.: Gamma catenin, also known as JUP or junction plakoglobin, is a member of the catenin family. The catenins (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta) are ubiquitously expressed, cytoplasmic proteins that associate with E-cadherin at cellular junctions. Catenin/cadherin complexes play an important role in mediating cellular adhesion, including adherens junctions. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. .

Conjugate: Purified, BSA-free.

Storage Buffer: PBS, no BSA, no azide.

Storage Temperature: 35°C to -5°C .

Application: Flow, intracellular (verified)|IF (verified)|WB (verified).

Stability: Stable at room temperature or 37°C (98°F) for 7 days.
