Description

BCL10 (MALT-Lymphoma Marker)(151), Biotin conjugate, 0.1mg/mL Antibody | BNCB1852-100| Gentaur Distribution US, UK & Europe

Summary.: B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (BCL10) is a signaling protein that promotes apoptosis, pro-caspase-9 maturation, and activation of NF-kappa-B via NIK and IKK. BCL10 contains an N-terminal caspase recruitment domain (CARD), which is found in a number of apoptotic regulatory molecules. BCL10 is involved in the adaptive immune response, and may be an adapter protein between upstream TNFR1-TRADD-RIP complex and the downstream NIK-IKK-IKAP complex. A BCL10 translocation is recurrent in low-grade mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT lymphoma). Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. .

Conjugate: Biotin.

Storage Buffer: PBS, 0.1% BSA, 0.05% azide.

Storage Temperature: 2°C to 8°C.

Application: IHC, FFPE (verified).
