Description: RNA demethylase ALKBH5 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ALKBH5 gene. It is mapped to 17p11.2. N(6)-methyladenosine (m(6)A) is the most prevalent modification of mRNA. ALKBH5 functions as a demethylase that removes m(6)A from mRNAs.

Immunogen: Recombinant human protein (amino acids E81-R180) was used as the immunogen for the ALKBH5 antibody.

Storage: After reconstitution, the ALKBH5 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
