Description: AGR2 (Anterior gradient protein 2 homolog) is thought to promote breast tumorigenesis and is overexpressed in breast cancer cells. High levels of AGR2 indicate a poor prognosis. This suggests it may serve as a useful prognostic indicator and marker of breast cancer metastasis.
Immunogen: A recombinant protein fragment from the N-terminal region of human AGR2 was used as the immunogen for this antibody.
